Overview
We reconstruct evolutionary relationships and test where and how selection acted on genes and sites.
Salient features
- Maximum-likelihood and Bayesian trees
- Model selection and support values
- Site- and branch-level selection tests
Analyses we offer
Phylogenetics
Builds evolutionary trees from DNA, RNA or protein alignments to show how genes, strains or species are related, with statistical support for each branch.
Methods: iqtree2, raxml-ng, beast-mcmc.
Molecular evolution & selection analysis
Tests whether genes or individual sites have evolved under positive, negative or relaxed selection, useful for pathogens and adaptation studies.
Methods: hyphy, paml.
What you receive
